| To all concerned Kaitlyn's doctor's appointment went VERY well today. She is.. *Weight-17lbs 3oz (50th percentile) *Height-26 inches (10th percentile) *Head size-44 1/2 cm (75th percentile) So my Daddy says I am short, fat and I have a big head! But we love her just the way she is....she has come SO far. Also we successfully brought her through RSV season unscathed..Dr. Elizabeth says she has not seen a case of RSV in weeks. We also got the ok to go on vacation in June. She can start on table foods as well and we have to start brushing her one little tooth (her second is coming in right next to it) She is doing so well, thanks to all of the love and support of our families and Dr. Elizabeth and maybe a little help from Mommy and Daddy. :) |

A little help from mommy and daddy! Whatever! You guys have been awesome through all of this. As I have said many times before, I'm sure you both have had your moments, but all the credit goes to you guys and of course the Lord. You two have done everything you have been told. Babies are not easy and you guys had all the extra "stuff" to do; tubes, monitors, watching your baby learn to suck, etc... She has come so, so far as you said. But honestly, Saturday a.m. was a real pleasure. Gran doesn't get up at 6 a.m. on Saturday for just anyone. Kaitlyn is just so sweet and precious!!! Please call The Grand Babysitting Service anytime.
