No more RSV shots!

Wednesday was Kaitlyn's last RSV shot for the season and we are so happy and so is she! RSV season is still not completely over but this shot will stay in her system for 30 days so she will be covered. It was quite a fight for her to be able to get the shots in the first place with all of the insurance hurdles and haggling with the prescription insurance. This is not unusual occurance because I have heard from many Preemie parents that they had a fight on their hands as well. It is the state of our health care system in this nation. Regardless she took the shots like a champ, even the last one which actually was two because she is so big. Thanks again for all of the prayers and well wishes--the power of prayer is so strong...we can attest to that!
